Do I need After Effects?

No. The skill makes MP4s straight from Claude. After Effects is only for editing the video as layers with CodeFlow.

Does the skill work in the Claude app?

Yes. Claude writes the video and you watch it in Chrome. Rendering the MP4 needs Claude Code.

Are sound effects included?

No. The skill tells you exactly where each hit and whoosh goes, so you can use your own sound pack.
